𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭: Psychologist-led group counselling sessions based on a structured curriculum, providing a space for patients to connect with others who truly understand while building resilience and self-efficacy, together.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧: A collection of psychoeducational resources and daily tools to help patients manage the emotional and mental challenges of living with an autoimmune condition, at their own pace.
