Sofia Deich

Sofia Deich currently serves as the Back Office & IT Support Manager and Lead Manager at ImmuniWeb since March 2023, after progressing from the Junior Lead Manager position. Previously, Sofia worked at Mercure Hotels from November 2021 to June 2023 as a Front Office Receptionist at Hotel Mercure Wroclaw Centrum, where responsibilities included guest check-in and check-out, reservation management, customer interactions, and training new receptionists. Additionally, Sofia has experience in invoicing for group stays and corporate meetings. Earlier in 2021, Sofia held a similar role at Arche Hotel Wroclaw, focusing on guest satisfaction, documentation, and night audits. Sofia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of London, set to graduate in April 2026, and holds an International Baccalaureate High School Diploma obtained in May 2021.
