Constance Pfeiffer is currently the Vice President and Global Head of Medical Affairs at Immunocore, bringing over 25 years of oncology experience to the role, including 15.5 years in clinical practice and academia, alongside more than 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry. They have a broad background in oncology with a strong focus on melanoma, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal tumors, and are highly skilled in strategic oncology launch preparation and execution. Prior to their current position, Constance held various leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, developing and implementing medical brand strategies in immuno-oncology. They also served as a Clinical Associate Professor and Vice-Chair of Experiential Programs at Rutgers University while working as a clinical pharmacist in oncology at several healthcare institutions. Constance earned a BS and PharmD in Pharmacy with high honors from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
