Thomas Powell

Thomas Powell is a Senior Scientist at Immunocore, specializing in mass spectrometry and protein characterization since 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Scientist at UCB from 2018 to 2021, focusing on the characterization of therapeutic antibodies. Thomas completed a PhD in Biosciences at the University of Birmingham in 2018, where they also served as a Research Scientist on a targeted phosphoproteomics project. They hold a Master's degree in Immunology from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds. Throughout their career, Thomas has published four peer-reviewed articles and developed advanced methods for high-order structural techniques in mass spectrometry.
