William E. McMurray

William E. (Gene) McMurray is an experienced Senior Director of Facilities and Employee Health and Safety at Immunocore, where they lead teams in the UK and US on facility operations, capital projects, and environmental health and safety initiatives. Previously, Gene held the title of Director of Facilities Engineering at Catalant Cell & Gene Therapy, overseeing maintenance and engineering for manufacturing operations. Their extensive career also includes significant roles at MedImmune, where they developed best-in-class site services, and Abbott Laboratories, where they managed large volume solutions engineering. Gene graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
