Ali Warbington

Ali Warbington is an accomplished professional in the field of nonclinical toxicology, currently serving as Director of Toxicology at ImmunoGen, Inc. Since April 2022, Ali has led safety assessment strategies for clinical-stage antibody-drug conjugates, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across preclinical development and regulatory submissions. Prior roles include Senior Scientist and project lead at ToxStrategies, Inc., and Study Director at Covance, where Ali managed numerous toxicology studies and developed protocols in compliance with regulatory standards. As the founder and former Managing Director of WiSolve, Ali established a platform for graduate students to gain industry experience, which was recognized as a finalist for the Wisconsin Innovation Awards. Ali holds a PhD in Molecular and Environmental Toxicology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a DELTA Teaching Certificate and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Ithaca College.
