Fabrizio Papa has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fabrizio is currently the Head of Marketing Europe at ImmunoGen, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Galderma as the Global Franchise Head, where they re-focused the Acne global organization and built a new global acne commercial team. Before that, at Takeda, they served as the Global Commercial Lead for Rare Haematology, devising and implementing global marketing strategies. Fabrizio also worked at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) as the Global Commercial Director and Global Marketing Director for Haemophilia, overseeing the implementation of launch strategies. At Novo Nordisk, they held various senior management positions, including Senior Regional Marketing Manager, Senior European Brand Manager, and Sales Effectiveness Manager, where they managed the insulin portfolio across different regions and led teams in sales and marketing.
