Josh Toothman

Josh Toothman is an experienced supply chain professional with over 15 years of expertise in managing supply chain operations, demand planning, and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Director at ImmunoGen, Inc., Josh oversees end-to-end supply chain management and clinical trial shipments. Prior roles include Demand Planning Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where leadership of a planning team for coffee and machines was key, and extensive experience at Monsanto Company, where responsibilities ranged from demand forecasting to S&OP leadership for the US Crop Protection division. Josh began a career in project management with Bastian Solutions and served as a Captain in the US Army's Corps of Engineers, overseeing logistics in Baghdad. Academic credentials include an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
