Aaron Chen

Aaron Chen is a seasoned professional in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in antibody process development and cell culture optimization. Currently serving as Senior Director of Antibody Process Development at Immunome, Inc. since October 2024, Aaron previously held various leadership positions at Seagen from May 2014 to October 2024, culminating as Director. Aaron's career began at Genentech, where robust cell culture processes were designed and developed, and included significant contributions to technology transfer initiatives. Prior roles at FUJIFILM Biosciences involved the optimization of cell culture media, resulting in substantial increases in cell growth and productivity. Early engineering experience included co-developing a patented biochip at LumiCyte. Aaron holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis.
