Andi Liu currently serves as Scientist II at Immunome, Inc. since July 2025, focusing on biologics developability assessments and method development utilizing LC-MS, HPLC, and CE techniques. Prior experience includes a Scientist role at Sound Biologics, contributing to CMC support for an IND and engaging in ML-based protein design. As a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Washington, Andi Liu concentrated on proteomics for protein design and mass spectrometry for protein-protein interactions. Andi Liu completed a PhD at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where research involved the functions and characterization of enzymes related to protein/peptide post-translational modifications. Consulting experience includes leading cost-benefit analysis projects for a Fortune 500 healthcare company, and teaching roles in biochemistry and molecular biology at the university level. Earlier experiences include an R&D internship at Novozymes. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from Beijing Normal University and an exchange program at UC San Diego.
