Tom Brady

Tom Brady is a Senior Principal Scientist at Immunome, Inc. since December 2024, specializing in the development of novel antibody-drug conjugate therapeutics for cancer treatment. Prior to this, Tom was a Senior Principal Scientist at Cidara Therapeutics from July 2014 to December 2024, where Tom led the design and synthesis of Fc-small molecule conjugates, notably a broad-spectrum anti-influenza conjugate. Tom's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Scientist II at Trius Therapeutics, where Tom focused on structure-based drug design and advanced several classes of inhibitors, and as Lead Chemist at Focus Synthesis, where Tom designed and executed the synthesis of small molecule intermediates. Tom's earlier positions include work at CytRx Corporation, Senomyx, Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Cengent Therapeutics, and Trega Bioscience. Tom holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from UC San Diego, with a focus on the total synthesis of Norrisolide.
