Wangsun Choi

Wangsun Choi is a highly experienced scientist specializing in cancer biology and immunology, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Immunome, Inc. Since October 2024. Previous roles include Senior Scientist in Biology at Sound Biologics, where responsibilities included developing assays for cancer treatments and leading projects for immunological therapies. Prior to that, at SEngine Precision Medicine, contributions involved implementing drug screening tests and collaborating with pharmaceutical companies. Wangsun Choi has also worked at Gilead Sciences, focusing on inflammation-related preclinical discovery, and held academic positions at Harvard Medical School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Education includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Korea University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Genetic Engineering from Korea University.
