Joell Solan

Principal Scientist at Immusoft

Joell Solan has extensive experience in the field of biology and biomedical research. Joell is currently working as a Principal Scientist at Immusoft, where they are involved in the development of assays for B cell therapeutics and the advancement of scientific understanding of B cell differentiation and engraftment. Prior to this, Solan worked as a Staff Scientist at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, where they led projects related to the study of gap junctions and immuno-oncology. Joell also served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Fred Hutch and as a Graduate Student at the University of Washington, specializing in biology. Solan began their career as a Research Technician at UC San Diego.

Joell Solan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and Biochemistry from UC San Diego, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Washington, where they completed their PhD in Pathobiology/Cell Biology between 1996 and 2002.
