Barry Hammen

Barry Hammen has had several work experiences in the software engineering field. Barry worked as a Software Engineer at Apptis (now part of URS Corporation) from June 2001 to September 2009. Barry then joined Berico Technologies as a Software Engineer from September 2009 to April 2011. After that, they worked at 42six Solutions as a Lead Software Engineer from April 2011 to August 2015. Finally, they joined Immuta, where they held the positions of Director of Software Engineering from July 2015 to January 2017, and later became the VP of Engineering from January 2017 (ongoing).

Barry Hammen completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Microbiology at the University of Maryland from 1997 to 2001. Barry also holds additional certifications including Cloudera Certified Developer for Hadoop from Cloudera in 2012 and MCSD- C#/SQLServer from Microsoft in 2004.
