Josiah Wallace

Josiah Wallace is a seasoned game design professional currently serving as the Senior Game Design Manager at Immutable since January 2021. In this role, Josiah is responsible for designing and overseeing all aspects of gameplay, progression, economic systems, and monetization, while also conducting in-depth analyses of players and markets. Josiah has a strong background in game design, having previously held positions as Lead Game Designer and Senior Game Designer at Immutable, and as a Game Designer at Imangi Studios, where significant improvements were made to live game systems. Early career experience includes roles as a QA Analyst and an Office Manager/Database Administrator at Troga. Josiah holds a diploma from West Hendersonville High and attended Blue Ridge Community College.
