Katherine Rau

Katherine Rau is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and people operations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Immutable since January 2022, Katherine has a proven track record in enhancing employee experiences and cultivating organizational culture, previously holding pivotal roles such as Global Vice President of People and Experience and Global People Operations Director at Culture Amp from September 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that, Katherine co-founded BetterView.com and served as Global VP of People and Culture at Unlockd. Additional experience includes senior positions at Catch.com.au, Korn/Ferry Futurestep, Ambition, and Michael Page. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, attained in 2003.
