Sherry Wang

Sherry Wang is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and Agile methodologies. Currently, Sherry serves as the Director of Engineering at Immutable, leading three teams focused on global marketplaces. Sherry has previously held roles as an Engineering Manager at Shippit and a Principal Engineer at Ailo, where a strong emphasis on business domain understanding and team development was evident. As an Agile Coach with XSCALE Alliance, Sherry contributed to the adoption of modern Agile practices across organizations. Sherry's early career involved significant positions at VMware, EMC, and Infra Corporation, with a strong foundational role as a Lead Developer at Data Solutions Australia. Sherry holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from UNSW, a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering from Southeast University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Media Arts and Production from the University of Technology Sydney.
