Geoff Donovan

Geoff Donovan is the current IMO Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, representing IMO GMBH with a focus on the growth of Slew Drives and Slew Bearings. With 25 years of experience, they have excelled in customer engagement, managing multimillion-dollar accounts and projects while implementing advanced manufacturing processes. Previously, they served as Global Sales Manager at Delta Shelving Systems, significantly increasing sales and transforming the company into a multi-plant manufacturing business. Geoff has also held leadership roles at Bosch Rexroth Australia and Redback Grinder Company, where they specialized in technical sales and operational improvements. They hold an MBA from the University of Western Sydney and an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from TAFE.
