IMO is redefining how funeral homes connect families, friends, and communities during one of life’s most important moments.

At its core, IMO provides a simple, guided way for families to instantly share obituary information, service details, and updates through a message sent directly to the people who matter most. No confusion. No missed information. Just clear, immediate communication when it’s needed most.

But IMO goes beyond communication.

When someone receives an IMObituary, they are given the opportunity to respond in a meaningful way. Through an integrated sympathy card experience, friends and family can instantly send messages of care and support, helping families feel surrounded, even from a distance.

At the same time, every IMObituary drives traffic directly back to the funeral home’s website, keeping the funeral home at the center of the experience while strengthening its digital presence.

For funeral homes, IMO is more than a tool. It is a new standard of service.

It enhances the family experience, simplifies communication, creates new revenue opportunities, and positions funeral homes as modern, connected, and forward-thinking.

Families have already changed how they communicate.

IMO allows funeral homes to meet them there, guide the experience, and elevate it.

This is not about replacing tradition.

It is about strengthening connection, simplifying communication, and creating a better experience for the families we serve.
