Adnan Soofi began their work experience in 2010 at Ideacts innovations Pvt. Ltd as an operations employee. From there, they moved on to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Relationship Manager focusing on business development and key account management. In 2012, Adnan joined Times Business Solutions as an Accounts Manager, handling a set of corporates and focusing on client retention and training. Adnan then worked at konark karia Builders from 2014 to 2016 as a Manager of corporate and channel partner sales, driving sales through channel partners and getting corporates as investors. From 2016 to 2020, Adnan worked at HackerEarth in various roles such as Territory Head, Sales Engineer, and Technology Evangelist, focusing on consulting organizations on innovation and crowd-sourcing. Currently, they are the Head of Enterprise Sales at Interview Mocha, with a main focus on increasing penetration within enterprise clients in the ROW region.

Adnan Soofi completed their education at various institutions in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Fergusson College, majoring in Computers. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they joined the Sadhana Centre for Management & Leadership Development, where they obtained a PGPEL & APEL degree in Marketing. Additionally, during the same time period, they also completed an MBA degree in Marketing from the same institution.
