Kaylie Forward

Kaylie Forward is the Head of Implementations at IMP Software, where they have played a pivotal role in the company's growth from startup to a recognized provider for large trusts, successfully onboarding over 400 customers. Prior to this, Kaylie held various positions including Senior Finance and Operations Officer at SMART Multi Academy Trust, where they enhanced operational efficiency and managed budgets across multiple schools. They have a solid foundation in finance and operations, having also worked as a Finance Manager at FOODSMITHS LIMITED, an Accounts Production Team Member at Bromhead Chartered Accountants, and in other finance-related roles. Kaylie holds an AAT Level 4 qualification in Accounting and Finance from The Cornwall College Group.
