Maxine Bowring

Maxine Bowring is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Trainer at IMPAC since July 2021. Prior to this, Maxine worked at The Learning Wave as an L&D Project Manager & Facilitator from February 2014 to June 2020, focusing on the delivery of tailored learning programs for clients while managing various project management responsibilities. Maxine's earlier experience includes roles as PA to the CEO at Carter Holt Harvey Building Supplies Group, and as PA at PwC, where support was provided to senior executives. Additionally, Maxine has a background in product management, specifically for Pro-Health Products Ltd, managing the marketing for a smoking cessation product across New Zealand and Australia. Maxine's career began with administrative roles at Richbell Group, which included responsibilities as a Network Coordinator and Conference Manager. Maxine holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Wintec and completed secondary education at Corran School for Girls.
