Casey McKenzie

Casey McKenzie is a Senior Principal Consultant at Impact 21, LLC, with over 21 years of experience in the convenience store industry and an additional 20 years in consulting. They have expertise in finance, operations, category management, re-engineering, and strategic planning, and have contributed significantly to the National Association of Convenience Stores as a co-author of the Category Management Guidebook. They led the initiative to develop an online learning curriculum for the NACS Framework course, launched in 2015, and played a key role in creating the C/SCAPE activity-based costing model. Casey holds an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, and an associate degree in accounting from Shawnee State University. They were the first recipient of the Certified Convenience Category Manager designation from NACS and Impact21 in 2015.
