Mel Klemowits

Mel Klemowits is a dedicated nonprofit professional specializing in fund development, grant writing, and ethical fundraising. Currently serving as the Fund Development Director at IMPACT, Inc. and co-founder of Synergy Grant Solutions, Mel focuses on cultivating donor relationships and supporting women-led nonprofits. Previously, Mel has held significant roles in organizations like Fight To End Exploitation, where they advocated against human trafficking, and JobsWork MKE, where they led philanthropic strategies. Mel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
