Luke Batman

Luke Batman is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Impact Analytics. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at BuyerQuest from May 2014 to November 2021. Luke was responsible for finance, human resources and legal at BuyerQuest. Luke successfully completed the Series A and Series B venture capital funding process and ran a competitive financing process with multiple venture debt and traditional banks. Luke also overhauled all software contracts to improve legal structure and clarity of deals, as well as creation of subcontractor, reseller, referral and other agreements. Luke has also set up policies and methodologies for accounting, including recurring software revenue recognition.

Luke Batman's educational career would involve studying accounting at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Luke would then go on to get a certification from the AICPA in blockchain fundamentals for accounting and finance professionals. Finally, they would become a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois.
