Sonal Poddar is a seasoned professional in strategic management consulting with extensive experience in delivery and project leadership roles. Currently serving as Delivery Lead and Project Lead at Impact Analytics since October 2018, Sonal has previous experience as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from July 2016 to September 2018, where key contributions included financial diligence in the insurance and telecom sectors and supply chain optimization for a major FMCG company. Sonal's expertise also encompasses retail transformation strategies in the energy sector and financial services, having supported significant projects during a summer associate stint at The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Early career experiences include analyst roles at Nomura Securities and Deutsche Bank, alongside an engineering internship at the Indian Institute of Science. Sonal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
