Impact and Dialogue Foundation (I&DF) has been working extensively in the remote areas of Assam in North East India to support atrisk populations and survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery. Since inception, its Founder Pallabi Ghosh has worked to rescue survivors and build rehabilitative systems designed to ensure livelihood opportunities for them in the longer run. 
Over time, it was observed that, along with long-term, sustained rehabilitation, survivors needed support such as:
Long-term linkages to build sustainable livelihoods 
Awareness about government support with respect to appropriate schemes and how to apply for them
Training on supportive mechanisms to help set up their businesses such as basic computer literacy, financial and digital literacy
Community awareness sessions on human trafficking and modern slavery and strengthening families
In order to be able to support survivors, their families and communities, I&DF has been building the organisation with robust programmes, teams and critical partnerships that will help lend depth to on-ground interventions and impact. In order to achieve this, I&DF needs support with organisational building strategies to help ensure its intended impact.
