Bill MacAitis

Bill Macaitis is a technology executive who has held leadership positions at some of the world's most successful companies. Bill is currently an advisor at Impact, and previously served as CMO, CRO and board advisor at Slack. Prior to Slack, Bill was Chief Marketing Officer at Zendesk, where they successfully led the company to a $1.7B IPO by growing revenues 362% and moving up market. Bill also built and scaled a world-class global marketing organization from scratch at Zendesk. Before Zendesk, Bill served as SVP of Marketing at Salesforce.com, where they helped grow the company into the juggernaut it is today. Bill also served as SVP of Online Marketing at Fox Interactive Media, where they oversaw IGN, RottenTomatoes, FoxSports, Askmen and Myspace. Under their leadership, Fox Interactive Media became one of the largest digital media companies in the world.

Bill Macaitis graduated from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
