Breena Beckett

Breena Beckett has extensive experience in product enablement and client support, currently serving as Associate Manager of Product Enablement at impact.com since November 2017. In this role, Breena leads a team focused on developing and maintaining user-friendly help content. Previous positions at impact.com include Senior Product Enablement Specialist and Product Enablement Specialist, where Breena improved user experience through in-app guides and comprehensive help content. Additionally, Breena has experience as Client Onboarding Project Manager and Learning and Enablement Specialist, emphasizing effective onboarding and training. Before impact.com, Breena worked at CJ Affiliate as an Advertiser Account Representative and Client Support Specialist, where skills in campaign management and client assistance were refined. Breena began a career in operations as a Supervisor at UCSB Recreation Center. Breena holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
