Danie Burger

Danie Burger currently serves as Manager of IT Security at impact.com since July 2020, previously holding the role of Information Security Specialist. Prior to this position, Danie worked as an Information Security Consultant while self-employed from January 2020 to July 2020. Danie's extensive experience includes a tenure at Symantec from July 2014 to December 2019 as a Senior System Engineer, where Danie provided consulting and support for Blue Coat customers. Additionally, Danie spent nearly eight years at Dimension Data, overseeing the Information Security Operations team as Information Security Manager and contributing as a Senior Security Engineer focused on IT Infrastructure Security Solutions. Danie's career began at Mindworx Consulting as Team Leader from December 2003 to June 2006.
