Frank Pepe

As VP, Global Controller, Frank leads impact.com’s accounting (corporate accounting, SEC reporting, technical accounting), financial operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll), treasury, global clearinghouse, and global tax functions.

Frank drives impact.com’s compliance globally, adhering to global regulations from a tax, reporting, banking, and legal entity perspective. He is responsible for a high control environment and crisp financial reporting. He is also key in driving a multitude of cross functional initiatives that help grow the business and help it to operate more efficiently. Before joining impact.com, he served as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, and Treasurer at Younique Products and as Senior Finance Manager at CR Bard. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society, Mountain West Region.
