Jake Cohen

Jake Cohen is an experienced professional in customer success and management with a solid background in higher education and organizational growth. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at impact.com since July 2023, Jake previously held the position of Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Growth Partnerships at Emeritus and various positions at The Ohio State University, including Program Director at the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship and Assistant Director of Student Programs. Earlier in the career, Jake served as a Marketing Graduate Assistant at Colorado State University and held positions at the University of Connecticut and Up2Us Sports.
