Johan Venter

Johan Venter is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering and Head of Engineering at impact.com since April 2023. Previously, Johan held the position of Director of Engineering at SaaSquatch from February 2020 to July 2024 and served as Chief Technology Officer at Bidhive, where a successful procurement management solution was brought to market. As the CTO and Co-Founder of Carisma.io, Johan developed a software solution enhancing trust in the automotive industry. Additional experience includes a decade-long tenure at Mach Technology as CTO, overseeing technical leadership, R&D, and client consulting. Johan began the professional journey as a Software Engineer, contributing to significant projects across various companies. Johan holds a Bachelor's degree with Distinction in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology.
