Kacy Wilson is a seasoned professional in program strategy and client success, currently serving as Manager of Program Strategy at impact.com since April 2023, after previously holding roles such as Senior Program Strategy Manager and Program Strategy Manager. Kacy's experience includes a tenure at SaaSquatch as Program Strategy Manager focused on Customer Success and a pivotal role as a Board Member at the Ontario Alliance of Climbers. Kacy has also excelled in marketing technology consultancy at Working Model Inc., achieving significant revenue growth and maintaining high client retention over eight years.
