Ning Wang

Ning Wang is a board director at Impact. Prior to this, they were the COO/CFO at HackerOne from December 2015 to December 2018. Before that, they were the SVP at Hewlett-Packard from September 2014 to October 2015. Ning has also held the position of CFO at Eucalyptus Systems Inc. from January 2012 to September 2014, and COO/CFO at lynda.com, Inc. from January 2008 to July 2011. Ning was also the COO at Blue Casa Communications from January 2007 to December 2008, and CFO at Bargain Network (Division of Vertrue Inc) from January 2004 to December 2007. Ning started their career as GM Technology and Strategic Development at CarParts Technologies from January 1999 to December 2002.

Ning Wang has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Physics from Peking University.
