Shirley Lam

Shirley Lam is a skilled UX and Product Designer with experience at impact.com since September 2023 and SaaSquatch since July 2021. Previously, Shirley worked as a Medical/Health Physics Co-op at Ontario Power Generation from January to August 2019, where responsibilities included data collection and analysis for departmental assessments, development of dose monitoring software, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Shirley holds a User Experience Design Immersive certification from General Assembly and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Medical Physics from McMaster University.
