Tracy Dawson

Tracy Dawson is a financial operations professional with extensive experience in billing management and support. Currently serving as the Associate Manager and Global Billing Engine Team Lead at impact.com since September 2021, Tracy has previously held positions at GetSavvi Health, where responsibilities included managing the full billing cycle as Billing Manager and compiling reports as Billing & Support Specialist. Additionally, Tracy contributed as a Retentions Team Leader during a secondment. Earlier experience at Discovery Limited involved managing contribution payments for group schemes as a Billing Specialist, alongside roles in customer service and support.
