Program and Services Team

The Program and Services Team at IMPACT Community Action develops and oversees a variety of initiatives aimed at empowering individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency. This team provides comprehensive support through workforce programs, youth programs, empowerment services, and climate justice initiatives. They work closely with community partners to deliver high-quality facilitation, quality assurance, and compliance management, ensuring all programs effectively address poverty and promote long-term sustainability.
