Curt Carleton

Curt Carleton is a technology executive with extensive experience in product management and digital technology. Currently serving as the VP of Technology at Impact Development Management, LLC since October 2025, Curt previously held multiple leadership roles at Inspire from July 2020 to October 2025, including Sr. Director of Product Management and Sr. Director of Digital & E-Comm. Prior to that, Curt worked at Jimmy John's from May 2010 to June 2020 as Director of Digital Technology and IT Specialist. Curt began the career at Amdocs as a Technical Analyst (SME) from June 2005 to May 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems & Applied Technologies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Computer Science from Parkland College.
