Impact Group is a national property consultancy delivering development management, project management and strategic advisory across Australia. For over 25 years, we’ve partnered with developers, operators and institutions to guide projects through the full lifecycle, from early-stage strategy and planning through to delivery and completion, with projects spanning NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.

What sets us apart is our ability to operate seamlessly across both development and delivery. Our purpose is to create better communities on behalf of our clients, delivered with both financial and environmental responsibility.

Specialists in Complex Sectors
We are particularly recognised for our expertise in retirement living and aged care, where long-term operational performance, stakeholder alignment and resident experience are critical to success. Our team understands how these communities operate, how residents want to live, and how to deliver environments that are commercially sound, operationally effective, and built for the future.

Comprehensive End-to-End Capability
1. Development Management:
Site acquisition, due diligence, feasibility, approvals, financial modelling and stakeholder engagement.

2. Project Management:
End-to-end delivery including design coordination, procurement, contract administration and project oversight.

3. Superintendency:
Construction oversight, quality control, programme management and WHS compliance.

4. Advisory & Consultancy Services:
Feasibility, business cases, master planning, compliance and certification.

Our Approach
We act as our clients’ technical experts, bringing clarity to complexity and confidence to every stage of decision-making. At every step, we ask how things can be done better, more efficiently, and with greater impact, because successful project delivery is not only about time, cost and quality, but about maximising long-term value.
