At the Impact Group it is important to acknowledge that one of our core values is to come into a situation with the mindset of a coach but with the skill set of a consultant. While consultants are seen as experts in the subject matter being consulted on, coaches acknowledge that the expertise in the field normally exist within the company or organization and thus just need some coaching on how to maximize the knowledge that already exists! Our job is to partner with you to discover systems and processes and develop emotional intelligence so that you and your team can be the most efficient, effective, and sustainable organization possible.
