Steve Martinez

Steve Martinez is a seasoned career and outplacement coach currently serving at IMPACT Group since February 2024 and as the owner and career coach at CareerIQ since June 2023. With a strong background in career development, Steve utilizes tools such as MBTI, Clifton Strengths, and Strong assessments to help clients identify their strengths and pursue fulfilling careers. Previously, Steve held significant roles such as Growth Analytics Director at ChenMed and Senior Global HR Director at DHL, where responsibilities included overseeing various HR functions globally. Early career positions included counseling at CLUES and academic advising at the University of Minnesota, alongside consulting at Kearney. Steve holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Minnesota, a postgraduate degree in Business Analytics and Data Science from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a B.E. in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana.
