Terry Karp

Terry Karp is a Founding Partner and Principal at The Bay Area Career Center, where they focus on assisting individuals in navigating career transitions and enhancing their work lives. Currently serving as a Career Consultant at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Terry helps MBA students and alumni define career objectives and craft strategic job search plans. They also work as a Leadership and Executive Coach at IMPACT Group, providing coaching to develop leadership competencies and improve organizational performance. Terry has co-authored a chapter in the award-winning book, "New Directions in Career Planning and the Workplace," and created the ValueSearch assessment for values clarification. With extensive experience in career consulting and coaching, they empower clients to achieve their professional goals.
