Will Craig

Will Craig is a strategic advisor with extensive experience in people development and organizational change. They served as Vice President of People Solutions at IMPACT Group, focusing on maximizing human potential through customized strategies. Previously, Will held leadership roles at Handel Group®, where they facilitated executive coaching and organizational performance improvements. Their career began in education, working as Head of Elementary at The Family School and later as Educational Director at Partners With Parents. Will also founded ELDR, aiming to address barriers in end-of-life preparation, while contributing as a writer on related topics. They earned a BA in Psychology and Education from Swarthmore College.
