Wherever the human element is found within a business, inherently, money, risk and opportunity will follow. At Impact HR, we understand the unique competitive advantage the right team can play within a business. We also understand the need for businesses to take a creative approach in regard to the company's employee value proposition (i.e. How can we structure the work environment to motivate our employees?). In the competitive economic climate we find ourselves in today, employees are demanding more than just a job—they expect to have an EXPERIENCE. We partner with companies and become a guide for them as we, together, architect and implement a plan to impassion the workforce, manage the fundamental risk associated with being an employer, and develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to ensure that HR, and all of it's associated essential functions, is operating effectively within the business (i.e. Cut out the waste and use cost effective technology!). We do this on an outsourced basis by becoming the company's fraction HR Director or by developing an approach to augment the current HR team. We can offer our expertise and strategic oversight at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time, seasoned professional. Professional HR talent is expensive and hard to come by. A simple conversation with us might just provide you the solution you need to jumpstart your company's internal HR engine. Please contact Eric Dyches today—(801)592-5028 or edyches@live.com.
