Steph Larocque

Steph Larocque is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Autocase, where they lead the development of sustainability-focused software applications. With over 25 years of experience, they have established themselves as a thought leader in decarbonization economics, initially creating the Sustainable Return on Investment (SROI) framework. Previously, they held senior roles at HDR and Bell, managing teams and conducting complex economic analyses for various high-profile clients. Steph's current work includes leading the Carbonsight business unit, which aims to revolutionize retrofit planning using AI. They earned their education at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management.
