Tyler Mitchell is a producer and entrepreneur whose experience sits at the nexus of content creation, storytelling and working with leading talent. As the CEO of Impact, Mitchell is democratizing access to the entertainment industry and innovating the way studios, producers, directors and representatives connect to writers and material to bring the next great television shows and films to fruition.

Prior to taking the helm at Impact, Mitchell was Executive Vice President of Motion Pictures at Imagine Entertainment, where he oversaw the animation joint venture with Animal Logic, which included closing a five-year producing and co-financing partnership with Warner Bros. Mitchell also oversaw a number of live-action projects, including Fantasy Camp, starring Mark Wahlberg & LeBron James; The Girl Before, based on the bestselling novel; and reboots of Fear and Friday Night Lights.

Before joining Imagine Entertainment, Mitchell produced several films, including The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, starring Steve Carell and Jim Carrey; Lucky Number Slevin, starring Josh Hartnett, Bruce Willis, Lucy Liu and Ben Kingsley; and the critically acclaimed film Maudie, starring Ethan Hawke and Sally Hawkins.

Mitchell has also produced and written for television, co-writing two prime-time shows for NBC. In addition, he co-wrote the story for The Heart of Rock & Roll, a new musical inspired by the songs of Huey Lewis & The News, which is heading to Broadway after a record-breaking run last year in San Diego.

Mitchell started his career as a production and finance executive working on The Butterfly Effect starring Ashton Kutcher and The Rum Diary starring Johnny Depp.
