Jeff McVay

Jeff McVay is an experienced professional with a focus on technical support and operations management. Currently serving as a Problem Analyst at Impact Networking, LLC since January 2023, Jeff is dedicated to performing root cause analysis to enhance client experiences. Prior to this role, Jeff held multiple positions at CrossCom from January 2017 to January 2023, including Core Engineer and Senior Analyst, where responsibilities involved managing critical customer issues and supporting technical project needs during significant upgrades. Jeff's earlier experience includes a tenure as Director of Buying Operations at Z-Tix, overseeing ticket procurement for major events, and various customer service roles in the theater industry. Jeff holds a High School Diploma from Hoffman Estates High School, obtained in June 2001.
