Impact Partners Ukraine is a US-based 501(c)(3) organization staffed entirely by volunteers who have maintained continuous operations in Ukraine since Russia's full-scale invasion began. Working directly alongside Ukrainian organizations, we identify and partner with the most competent, dedicated, and adaptable local groups to support vulnerable civilians near the frontlines in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. 

Our focus includes evacuation, resettlement, rehabilitation, and reintegration efforts. As a small, nimble organization, we fill critical gaps that larger NGOs cannot adequately address, anticipating partner needs and securing targeted funding and resources with rapid response capabilities.
