Impact Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient practice with three convenient locations in Peoria, North Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. We help active adults, adolescences, athletes, and everyday movers get back to the life they love—without the “factory clinic” feel.

👥 For Patients
At Impact, your entire visit is spent one-on-one with an exceptional physical therapist who has time to listen, assess, and treat. No getting bounced around, no feeling rushed. Every 50-minute session is personalized to your body and your goals.

We blend advanced hands-on care with smart, functional exercise and technology to create real change you can feel. In a single session, you may experience a combination of:

Shockwave Therapy

Dry Needling

Myofascial Release

Cupping

Kinesio/RockTape®

Targeted strength, mobility, and movement training

All of this is included in your visit with no surprise add-on fees. Before you start, we clearly walk you through your benefits and expected costs so you’re never blindsided by a bill later.

💼 For Physical Therapists
If you’re a PT who’s tired of high-volume care and wants time to actually treat your patients, Impact was built for you. Our clinics are designed around:

True one-on-one care – full visits with your patient, not a revolving door.

Reasonable caseloads – space to think, connect, and practice at the top of your license.

Clinical growth – advanced training in Dry Needling, Shockwave, Cupping, manual therapy, and innovative exercise progressions.

Supportive culture – a tight-knit, values-driven team that cares about integrity, memorable experiences, community, and teamwork.

We look at the whole person, not just the painful area or a diagnosis code—whether that’s in how we treat patients or how we support our team.

Whether you’re seeking care or looking for a place to build a meaningful PT career, Impact Physical Therapy is all about helping you move better, feel better, and thrive.
